Services

Local Junk Team provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and interior demolition services in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. Services include but are not limited to furniture removal, appliance disposal, estate cleanouts, construction debris removal, yard waste removal, and interior demolition.

Estimates and Pricing

• Online estimates provided through our website are approximate and based on the information you provide.
• Final pricing is confirmed on-site by our crew before any work begins.
• You must approve the final price before we start. If you decline, there is no charge.
• Prices may vary based on actual volume, weight, access difficulty, and type of materials.

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Same-day service is offered when possible but not guaranteed.
• We ask that you provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, oil, gasoline)
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical waste or biohazard materials
• Ammunition, explosives, or firearms
• Materials requiring specialized environmental remediation

Property Access and Liability

• You must have legal authority to request removal of items from the property.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
